Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager Personal Loan (DSA Channel) to drive business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role involves managing DSA relationships, sourcing high-quality Personal Loan business, ensuring consistent disbursements, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.


Key Responsibilities


DSA Channel Management

  • Manage and expand the DSA network for sourcing Personal Loan business
  • Onboard new DSAs and ensure regular engagement with existing partners
  • Monitor DSA productivity and ensure achievement of monthly targets

Business Sourcing & Sales

  • Drive Personal Loan sourcing through DSA partners
  • Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit policies and eligibility norms
  • Achieve monthly login, approval, and disbursement targets

Credit & Process Coordination

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth file processing
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance of loan applications
  • Track login-to-disbursement conversion ratios and improve efficiency

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow
  • Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance tracking with partners
  • Provide training and updates on product features, policy changes, and eligibility criteria

Market Development

  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and potential channel partners
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in unsecured lending
  • Suggest improvements in sourcing strategy to increase business volume

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in Personal Loan sales or unsecured lending (DSA channel mandatory preferred)
  • Strong understanding of credit policies and loan processing
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong target orientation and ability to work under pressure
