Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PR to PO, SAP, RFQ, REP, and vendor negotiation.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the procurement process from RFQ to PO, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Implement and maintain accurate records of procurement activities using SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and vendor management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and experience with RFQ, REP, and other procurement software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
