Sr . Engineer

The Quality Control role is responsible for ensuring the quality standards of materials used in construction, adhering to safety practices, and coordinating with the Quality Head to improve processes and introduce new technology.

Responsibilities:

• Physically verifying quality standards of materials, such as brick, sand, aggregate, and fly ash bricks.

• Ensuring constructions are made according to international concrete standards.

• Regularly reviewing safety practices and ensuring adequate measures are taken.

• Adhering to quality processes and continuously working to improve them.

• Creating quality awareness through proper communication.

• Preparing checklists for testing and ensuring adherence to them.

• Ensuring compliance with pollution control guidelines.

• Preventing penalties and compliance issues related to low-quality materials or construction techniques.

• Avoiding claims for damage caused by low-quality materials or processes.

• Conducting research and development activities to find new construction methods and materials.

• Coordinating with Quality Head to introduce new technology and improve quality processes.

• Working towards improving the quality of constructions and identifying new quality materials.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in Quality Control.

• Knowledge of international concrete standards.

• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations.

• Understanding of quality processes and how to improve them.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to create checklists and ensure adherence to them.

• Knowledge of pollution control guidelines and compliance.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify low-quality materials or processes.

• Familiarity with research and development in construction.

• Collaboration and coordination skills.

• Experience in achieving ISO and other quality parameter certificates.
