Electronics Design Engineer ( Bangalore Only )

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware development, circuit design, and testing. The candidate will design, develop, debug, and validate electronic circuits specifically for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Interface Analog Front-End (AFE) ICs, cell balancing circuits (active/passive), and battery protection logic.
• Perform component selection, circuit simulations, calculations, and BOM generation.
• Support multi-layer high-density PCB layout, component footprint creation, and Gerber release using tools like Altium Designer or OrCAD.
• Conduct board bring-up, hardware debugging, and failure root-cause analysis using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab power supplies.
• Execute hardware validation plans, thermal verification, and prepare for regulatory/EMC compliance activities.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and testing teams across the product lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of core hardware design experience (mandatory exposure to BMS/ESS architectures).
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in analog/digital circuit design, power supplies (DC-DC/LDOs), low-power microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, PIC), and serial communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).
