Job Description
- Industry Sheet Metal Part Assemblies, Forging , Fastener and Standard parts.
- Well conversant with Sheet Metal- Press, Weld, Proprietary ,Forging ,Fastener and Standard parts. Having background knowledge of processes associated with these manufacturing technologies.
- Candidate should have understanding & experience in Supply Chain - procurement & development.
- Capable of dealing with diversified suppliers.
- Knowledge of Zero based costing, Quote analysis & Negotiation skills and basic financial knowledge.
- Must have analytical, problem solving, technical & communication skills
- Cost reduction with VAVE activities & Yield Improvement.
- Ability to read & analyse Engineering Standards, technical documents & Drawings.
- Good knowledge of IT tools like Microsoft office
- Tooling cost estimation from part drawing by deploying ZBC Approach
- Knowledge of structure of sheet metal and forging dies, tools & the cost, associated with the designing & Manufacturing
- Candidate may required to travel based on work requirements
