The role involves driving innovation in artificial intelligence, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI models and algorithms.
- Drive AI research initiatives and translate research into scalable production systems.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI best practices and advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define AI product roadmaps.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI model deployment at scale.
- Ability to architect complex AI systems and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
