Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Learn about plant systems.
- Learn operation and maintenance of FIBC machines
- Gain practical experience in preventive maintenance.
- Develop knowledge of motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
- Gain hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
- Coordinate with production team to plan maintenance work
- Learn safety practices, maintenance documentation, and coordination with production teams.
- Learn quality standards and safety compliance.
- Gain practical experience of Manpower handling and shift management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Problem solving skill.
- Willingness to learn and work on shop floor.
- Teamwork and communication
- Comfortable to work in rotational shift.
