Diploma Trainee Electrical / Civil Fixed Term contract
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Fresher 2026 or 2025 batch
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering

We invite enthusiastic Diploma Graduates (Electrical Civil) to join its structured training program, focused on substation engineering, HV equipment, renewable energy, and global power infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Undergo structured training programs during the initial period to build understanding of substation design, tools, and processes.
- Learn and gain proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation (2D) and Revit/BIM tools (where applicable).
- Assist Engineers and Designers in preparing basic drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Responding to the project managers and clients directions in a receptive and customer focused manner.
- Learning digital tools, techniques and apply the same on projects to create efficiency in the delivery.
- Prepare basic reports, checklists, and documentation as required
Qualifications Competencies:
- Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering with minimum 70% aggregate marks in the final examination.
- Basic Knowledge of CAD/BIM software tools is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and substations is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
