Key Responsibilities Desktop Support
Provide daily technical support for desktops and endpoint devices
Hands & feet support for IT teams
Install, assemble, and configure desktops and peripherals
Update and manage support tickets
Perform system changes as per organizational policies
Remote desktop troubleshooting
Maintain technical documentation
Technical Skills Required
Basic troubleshooting on Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11)
Understanding of IT assets, desktop applications, and SOP-based support
Remote desktop & application troubleshooting
Disk management, disk encryption, wireless configuration
Email client setup and connectivity troubleshooting
Printer & copier troubleshooting (local & remote)
