Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support - L1 - Mumbai (Andheri East) - Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, email, and Outlook issues.
• Handle user incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Install software, antivirus, patches, and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 support and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
