- Strong knowledge of Windows platform troubleshooting, including desktop and server environments.
- Experience handling Antivirus Server, File Server, Active Directory (AD), and DNS configuration & troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, networking devices, etc.).
- Working knowledge of system monitoring and routine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and related commands.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platforms (desktop and server environments).
- Hands-on experience with Antivirus Server, File Server management, Active Directory (AD), and DNS configuration.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Understanding of system installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
