What would you do Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performs end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, hiring managers interviews, and preparing salary proposals
  • Works closely with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver recruitment strategy, processes and ad-hoc project support.
  • Proactive high-level sourcing for passive candidates through different channels.
  • Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates.
  • Ensuring job roles are maintained, edited and posted to the recruitment system.
  • Resolves sophisticated queries, which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy or procedures.
  • Develops own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs critical metric. What we offer you

    What are we looking for
  • A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, exposure in regional hiring would be an added advantage
  • Bachelors Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build solid relationships with key stakeholders and end markets
  • Solid understanding of the regional talent market, has the ability to build connections via various mediums and channels
  • Preferably candidates with experience supporting regional hirings
  • Diligent to details and a proactive standout colleague
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable in a constantly evolving working environment


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
