The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

What are we looking for
Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or Project Management. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or SHRM-CP/SCP (Highly preferred). Tech Stack: Proficiency in Project Management software (Asana, Trello, Jira) and HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and high emotional intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Project Management Specialist: HR Project Management Specialist sits at the intersection of Human Resources strategy and operational execution. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HR-specific projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Project Lifecycle Management: Lead HR projects from inception to completion, including project scope definition, goal setting, and milestone tracking. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, performance management) and design project-based solutions to optimize them. Change Management: Develop and execute communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new HR initiatives or technologies across the organization. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, such as HRIS providers, benefit administrators. Data Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to HR leadership using KPIs and progress metrics.
