Role & responsibilities
The Delivery Head will be a strategic leader responsible for the operational success and growth of the Travel Division within the Synectics healthcare team. This role requires a blend of high-level operational oversight and hands-on mentorship to ensure world-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and timelines.
- Strategic Growth: Drive the expansion of the travel division by identifying opportunities for scaling and process improvement.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team; manage performance cycles, and provide consistent coaching and professional development.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for delivery issues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Dehradun office.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in a leadership role within delivery operations, preferably within the healthcare or travel sectors.
- Strong background in people management, including hiring and performance coaching.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work out of our Dehradun office full-time.
