Job Description
- Provide technical guidance on urban planning and development projects.
- Review DPRs, master plans, and urban policies.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant urban development guidelines and standards.
- Support project monitoring, reporting, and implementation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of urban planning, infrastructure, and Smart City/Municipal projects.
- Experience with government urban development schemes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with GIS, urban planning tools, and project management is preferred.
