Job Description
- Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory control.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring high performance.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to comply with company standards.
- Monitor store performance and prepare reports for upper management.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and meets company merchandising standards, planning and executing promotional displays and seasonal changes.
- Prepare and manage the store budget, analyzing financial reports for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and operational goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and move stock as required.
