Delivery Boys (Van Boy)

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our team as Delivery Boys (Van Boy). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our valued e-commerce retail customers. Roles and Responsibility

• Safely operate a delivery van or vehicle to transport grocery orders to customers.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process.
• Assist customers in unloading groceries and answer basic delivery-related questions.
• Verify the accuracy of each order before leaving the fulfillment center or store.
• Cross-check items with the delivery manifest to ensure completeness.
• Report any discrepancies to the Delivery Executive or Supervisor.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with the Delivery Manager, Fulfillment Center, or Store team.
• Provide timely updates on delivery status and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
• Efficiently manage delivery routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify the accuracy of orders.
• Ability to lift and unload heavy objects, such as groceries.
• Familiarity with delivery software and technology is an advantage.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
