Job Description
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
- To follow laid down operational SOPs [Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO] &personnel policies& procedures
- Follow up with all the shortage/excess case on daily basis and also update mass updating in system accordingly
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory control and customer service, to address fulfillment issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize operating costs.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Ensure to give proper briefing to subordinates/staffs about the all exceptions for avoid in future
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Monitor SLA & Deliveries of Enterprise sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize warehousing and delivery/ transportation cost.
