Service Line Cloud Infrastructure Services
Responsibilities - Provide L2 support for database environments including MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Perform database installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Monitor database performance, health, and availability to meet SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents and performance issues.
- Manage backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Handle user management, access control, and security configurations.
- Support replication, clustering, and high availability setups.
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and analytics teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation for database environments.
- Support release activities, deployments, and schema changes as required.
