Job Description

  • Min. 2 years of proven experience in D365 CE, both in Automation and Manual Testing

  • Strong understanding of D365 CE Modules such as Sales and Marketing, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA
  • Responsible for analyzing application features, designing test scenarios/test cases that cover end-end functional testing, executing tests, defect logging and tracking to closure and preparing test summary reports
  • Ensure unexpected anomalies or defects identified in testing are documented, providing sufficient details to understand and replicate the issue
  • Develop and implement QA automation standards and best practices for the D365 platform
  • Improve the testing automation coverage for the D365 platform for regression and production validation
  • Working in an Agile environment leveraging the SCRUM methodology (SAFe preferred)
  • Should be able to understand the Requirement Specifications, influence the software design, interpret & understand business and technical diagrams to derive test strategies
  • Remain current on new technologies, methods and procedures including, but not limited to, coding practices such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment
  • Design test strategies and test cases for complex systems and execute various types of testing, eg, functional, integration, end-to-end, on web and mobile platforms
  • Experience in Test management tools like Jira, Service Now, Azure Boards etc
  • Proficiency with and/or familiarity with relevant testing and automation tools such as the MS Dynamics Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT,) EasyRepro, Selenium based frameworks, etc
  • Collaborate with the IT Quality Assurance lead to set automation standards and best practices across the IT organization
  • Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health, manageability, and reliability
  • Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Prior experience of working with globally dispersed teams
