Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product costing, cost analysis, productivity evaluation, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate product costing for existing and new products.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations in material, labour, and overhead costs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform productivity and cost efficiency analysis across manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and drive cost control initiatives to optimize production costs without compromising quality.
• Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals by analyzing IRR, Payback Period, and financial feasibility.
• Analyze large datasets, generate MIS reports, and provide logical insights to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and continuous process improvement.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing costing.
• Proficiency in variance analysis and productivity measurement.
• Good understanding of CAPEX evaluation, IRR, Payback Period, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
