Budgeting: Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring that costs are in line with financial plans.
Cost Estimation: Estimating costs for new projects, products, or services, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
Variance Analysis: Conducting variance analysis to compare actual costs against budgeted costs and identifying areas of improvement.
