Qualification: B. Tech (Preferably MBA)
Responsibilities:
1.Business Planning and Review: Organization wide yearly business Target setting, review and monitoring of the performance, monitor countermeasures and action plan.
2. Medium Term Business Planning: Integrated Medium term business planning, monitoring performance and strategic initiatives.
3.New Business Opportunities Environmental scanning, research and evaluate new Business opportunities.
4.Transformation of Business Planning Activity- Digitalization, Integration of Organization Data etc
5. Scenario planning, simulation
6.Strategic transformational projects: Driving Strategic Initiatives along with Top Management
7. Co-ordination among all vertical to execute projects and drive results
