Corporate Agency Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through BFSI channels.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field (insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of BFSI sales principles and practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
