Role & responsibilities -

We are seeking an experienced EPS EDR Consultant to manage and support enterprise Endpoint Security environments. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), EDR technologies, Endpoint Protection, Security Operations, Incident Response, and Endpoint Security Administration.

The role involves managing endpoint security solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting customers, fine-tuning security policies, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Endpoint Security solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot CrowdStrike Falcon, MDE, and other EDR platforms.
• Create, maintain, and fine-tune endpoint security policies and rules.
• Support security incident investigations and response activities.
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting support for endpoint security issues.
• Participate in client discussions and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for product issues and escalations.
• Recommend security enhancements and new integrations.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, and performance optimization of endpoint security tools.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
