Experience: 7 to 12 years.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA/Test Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Agile Testing, Functional Testing, Business Reporting, and Capital Markets domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of business-critical applications, validating reporting solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Agile Testing activities across multiple Scrum teams.
• Design, build, and execute comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Conduct Functional Testing for business applications and reporting platforms.
• Validate Business Reports, dashboards, data reconciliation, and reporting metrics.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Test Capital Markets applications including trade lifecycle, securities, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and settlements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in Agile Testing methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Extensive experience in Building Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Strategies.
• Strong understanding of Functional Testing concepts and execution.
• Hands-on experience validating Business Reporting and Data Reporting solutions.
• Domain expertise in Capital Markets.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and report testing.
• Experience with defect management and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills
