Job Description
- Drive Housing Loan and LAP sales to achieve assigned business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Monitor the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with credit, regulatory, and company policies.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Review team performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement strategies for continuous business growth.
