15-20 years experience in Financial and Accounting roles with a minimum of 5+ years in strategic financial management Strategize and coordinate the development of the Business Plans of (long term and short term) Establish financial strategy and ensure availability of corporate funds at competitive rates Manage funds through effective treasury management for optimizing returns Drive effective relationship management with investors and lenders to ensure cost effective and preferential services Lead and facilitate all IPO related activities Formulate and review accounting policies & procedures on a continuous basis Develop a framework for budgeting, project accounting and establish financial reporting & MIS for review and monitoring of financial performance Finalize annual business plans in coordination with all functions and present the same to the Board of Directors Monitor cash flows and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of funds and effective management of surplus funds Review and monitor financial performance of the Company against the budget through timely reporting and appropriate financial analysis Ensure finalization and audit of accounts; report on the same to the Board of Directors Monitor tax planning and compliance Lead negotiations and structuring of new business initiatives, M&As etc Monitor and track performance of the Company s strategic initiatives and of all major players in the real estate sector Coordinate with all functional heads for the speedy resolution of all financial issues Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and standards Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis Knowledge of financial regulations Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
