Manager, Fund Accounting

This Role A Private Equity Manager oversees fund accounting, financial reporting, team performance, client delivery, and stakeholder management while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery. What You Will Do

• You'll review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting for private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• You'll lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through performance management, reviews, feedback, and effective workload allocation.
• You'll manage client relationships and stakeholder coordination, ensuring service excellence, timely deliverables, and prompt issue resolution.
• You'll oversee risk management and regulatory compliance by enforcing procedures, strengthening controls, and resolving errors, breaches, and escalations.
• You'll drive operational efficiency and business growth through process improvements, resource planning, system optimization, and support for fund onboarding and migration activities.
