Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a CDP - Bakery Pastry or similar role in a reputable bakery or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques, as well as pastry-making methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
