Role Description
- Perform NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) simulation and analysis for New Product Development (NPD) of commercial products in 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler vehicle platforms
- Analyze simulation results, identify performance gaps and develop countermeasures to achieve NVH performance targets
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct NVH simulation and CAE analysis for 3W and 4W platforms (ICE and EV powertrains, Full vechicle NTF, VTF, TPA, Cabin noise, etc)
- Perform vehicle and powertrain NVH analysis including ICE / EV powertrains, Intake & exhaust system acoustics and mountings
- Provide solutions to meet product QCD targets
- Develop and validate simulation models for powertrain-induced vibrations and structure-borne noise
- Simulate powertrain noise, gear whine, and driveline NVH characteristics
- Develop and improve NVH simulation methods through test correlations
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis for NVH performance
- Prepare/Update NVH simulation standards and align with test standards
