Riyoadvertising is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to lead and support our growth and operational efficiency initiatives in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in business management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic goals and objectives to drive growth and business success.
- Design and implement effective business plans to achieve company goals.
- Ensure that resources (staff, materials, equipment) are adequate to meet business needs.
- Coordinate and organize operations to maximize productivity.
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret both external and internal data to support decision-making.
- Assess and report on company performance in relation to established goals.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a relevant field; MSc or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5-10 years in a business management role with a focus on strategy.
- Skills Required: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficient in MS Office, databases, and information systems, knowledge of research methods and data analysis techniques.
