Business Strategy Manager

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating product propositions for various projects and crafting an impactful 360-degree communication strategy across touchpoints.
• Ownership of the brand and chart out the vision goals, strategies, and tasks to achieve the same.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, research consumers to identify challenges and opportunities for the category Handle marketing spends (including brief to execution), define KPIs for each marketing activity, track ROI and continuous course correction to maximize reach at improved efficiency.
• Responsible for all creative & consumer communication and development right from packaging, brand campaigns, digital, retail and so on. The creative excellence hub for the entire brand rests here, end to end.
• Handle Digital campaigns for lead generation as well as social media assets for increased user engagement and brand awareness.
• Improvise the websites and social media platform and develop strategies to promote the company's project on the platform.
• Support the BD and sales team with pitch and review presentations
