Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Strategist to join our team in Kochi who is also willing and ready to travel to GCC countries for business meetings, client engagements and project requirements.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business planning, market analysis, revenue growth, and strategic execution. This role requires someone who can identify growth opportunities, improve business performance, and work closely with leadership to achieve long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Must be willing and ready to travel to GCC countries for business meetings, client engagements, and project requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare strategic business plans and performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key business metrics and recommend improvements.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business strategy, business development, or corporate planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
