Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Relationship Manager to join Ambak Finance’s Real Estate vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the real estate industry and be comfortable working in a field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders, brokers, channel partners, and other industry professionals.
- Generate business opportunities through existing networks and new market connections.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet clients/partners to build business.
- Identify new opportunities in the real estate market and drive lead conversion.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure excellent client servicing.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate, Home Loans, Mortgage, BFSI, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong network and connections in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a field-based role.
- Candidates with an existing network of builders, brokers, channel partners, or property consultants will be preferred.
Reporting
Office: Andheri East, Mumbai
Office Reporting: Once or twice a week; remaining work will primarily be field-based.
Compensation
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA, depending on experience, network, and suitability.
