Role & responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents about Safa King skill-based training programs.
* Generate leads through school, college and institutional visits.
* Explain training programs, benefits and enrollment process to students and parents.
* Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
* Convert interested leads into enrollments.
* Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres and other institutions.
* Plan and execute field marketing activities across Gujarat.
* Maintain lead and admission/enrollment records and achieve assigned targets.
* Represent Safa King professionally and contribute to business growth.
Preferred candidate profile
* 1-5 years of experience in counselling, education sales, business development or field marketing preferred.
* Candidates from Education/Training, EdTech or Advertising & Marketing backgrounds are welcome.
* Excellent communication and counselling skills with students and parents.
* Comfortable with field visits across Gujarat.
* Hindi and Gujarati communication skills required; English is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in interacting with students, parents and institutions.
* Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for field work preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
