Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business units.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
