Job Description

Role Description: 

Manages and ensures the identification, analysis, and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements, and drives the functional support for business applications during deployment and third-level support.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, documents, reviews and manages all requirements for projects and maintenance and supports in change requests and contributes to solution component description
  • Selects the most appropriate means of representing business requirements
  • Defines the expected functional test outcomes
  • Executes application support and collects, classifies, forwards and checks that all requests for support with regards to functional operations (incl. 2nd level support and in exceptional cases 1st level support)
  • Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution, escalates unresolved incidents and facilitates recovery
  • Ensures all quality criteria for every requirement and evaluates according to importance and/or stability

Key Competencies & Skills required:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in an SAP environment, with a strong understanding of SAP architecture and landscape.
  • Proficiency in navigating SAP systems
  • Good understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and data flows.
  • Experience working with SAP reporting and data extraction tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
