Role Overview

We're building an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform for the fleet and transport industry, and we need someone who can sit between business stakeholders (internal ops, sales, customers) and the engineering team — turning vague business needs into clear, buildable requirements, not just taking notes in meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements from internal stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria the engineering team can actually build against
• Own requirement traceability — from initial ask through to UAT sign-off
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes/systems and desired future state
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Work directly with the Solutions Architect and Product team to validate technical feasibility before requirements are finalized
• Drive UAT planning and execution — write test scenarios, coordinate stakeholder sign-off
• Maintain BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams

Required Experience

• 5–8 years as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated ownership of requirements for a software/SaaS product (not just internal process documentation)
• Experience working directly with engineering teams — not just handing off a document and disappearing

Required Skills

• Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
• Process mapping (BPMN or equivalent)
• Stakeholder management — comfortable pushing back on unclear or conflicting requirements
• Basic SQL for data validation and reporting
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming)
• UAT planning and execution

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in SaaS, logistics, fleet management, or IoT domains
• Wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq)
• JIRA/Confluence or equivalent tools
