Job Description
Role Description:
The Audit Analytics Specialist will support the introduction, adoption, and effective use of data analytics and AI tools across Group Audit. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role will drive the rollout of audit analytics initiatives globally, enhance audit methodologies, and ensure consistent application across regions.
Key Competencies & Skills required:
- Support the introduction, adoption, and effective use of data analytics and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, agent-based solutions) across Group Audit, acting as a subject-matter expert and first point of contact for audit teams.
- Support the global coordination and rollout of audit analytics initiatives, supporting capability building and consistent application across regions.
- Support the testing, evaluation, and improvement of AI and analytics solutions, providing structured feedback to enhance accuracy, robustness, and audit relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate analytics and AI tools into existing systems, processes, and audit methodologies.
- Assist in design, development, and maintenance of data analytics solutions, including Power BI dashboards and reusable analytics scripts, to support audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Support the application of advanced analytics during audit fieldwork, including data extraction, cleansing, and interpretation, to generate insights and increase audit efficiency and coverage.
- Support the monitoring developments in data analytics and AI relevant to internal audit and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within Group Audit.
Key Competencies & Skills required:
Technical:
- Strong background in data analytics and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, agent-based solutions).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, reusable analytics scripts, and data processing.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT workflows, data extraction, cleansing, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques applied during audit fieldwork.
Good to have skills:
- Understanding audit methodologies and governance processes.
- Ability to align analytics solutions with audit relevance, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience in regulated environments where accuracy, robustness, and security are critical.
- Ability to monitor developments in AI and analytics relevant to internal audit.
- Proactive in contributing to innovation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with testing, evaluating, and enhancing tools to improve efficiency and coverage

Knowledge Experience:

- Knowledge of / interest in natural language processing concepts and techniques.
