Business Analyst

Job Summary Ability to grasp business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for the IT development team. Coordinating with business functions and technical project teams from conception through deployment, training and support. Job Description Atleast 4- 5 years experience in formal business and functional requirements gathering, definition and documentation, data modelling, logical and function design specification formation, project management, QA & UA testing, and intensive business & data analysis. Proficiency in interviewing stakeholders, project management, creating business requirements & technical specifications documentation, troubleshooting, requirements analysis and realization using Use Cases, deriving testable functions / non- functional system requirements, providing strategic and tactical inputs and coordinating with business functions and technical project teams from conception through deployment, training and support. Candidate should have the relevant experience in web development projects. Programming background preferred. Full Project Lifecycle Development and Analysis. Proficiency in using Tools like Rational Rose etc. will be an added advantage.
