• Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents.

• Produce a clear definition of project scope and objectives.
• Producing FRD as a basis for design and development.

Preparation of visual representation of As Is and To Be process

• Understand the current state of the process.

Smooth execution of UAT

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of UAT.

• Provide support to stakeholders during UAT.
• Participate in UAT sessions to understand the rationale behind proposed changes.
