Bulk Hiring For the General Ledger Process

We're Hiring: Senior Accountant / SME / Team Lead GL / R2R

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee General Ledger / Record-to-Report activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Handle client communication and stakeholder management effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the GL / R2R domain.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM 4:00 AM shift.
