Job Description:

We are looking for Malayalam-speaking Customer Support Executives for a Work From Home opportunity. The ideal candidate should be based in Chennai, have good communication skills in Malayalam, and be comfortable handling customer queries over phone.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers professionally in Malayalam.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Accurately update customer details and interaction records.
• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Malayalam language proficiency.
• Candidates must be currently located in Chennai.
• Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
• Basic English/Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work using a laptop/desktop.
• Good internet connectivity and a suitable setup for Work From Home.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational week-offs.
