Job Description
The Associate Accountant role requires hands-on experience in SAP and a strong understanding of accounting operations. including GST, TDS, and transaction posting. The role involves managing vouchers, cash transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial entries. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. in SAP (FICO Module).
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
- Maintain all the records files in a proper manner.
- Record all expenses and review those expenses keep the track of expenses every month.
- Prepare monthly GST Data, TDS working and return filing.
- Should be familiar with the GST process.
- Well versed with MS-excel and Word and must be good in Pivot tables.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (FICO Module).
