Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding and induction programs.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions.

Employee Relations

• Maintain healthy employee and industrial relations.
• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct engagement activities to improve employee morale and retention.
• Support disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.

Performance Management

Performance Management

• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
• Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Monitor performance improvement plans where required.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Ensure HRMS data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits related to labor compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities when required.
• Maintain records related to statutory inspections and certifications.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs through competency assessments.
• Prepare annual training calendars.
• Coordinate technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
