Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Build and maintain relationships with key customers to generate repeat business and referrals.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve sales performance.Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure that sales targets are being met.Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are being met.Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
