Assistant Manager - Sourcing & Purchase

Role & responsibilities

• Source electronic components such as PCBs, ICs, semiconductors, connectors, passive components, etc.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for electronics materials.
• Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Maintain vendor database, pricing records, and purchase documentation.
• Track market trends, component availability, and price fluctuations.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications.
