Ashley Alteams India Limited is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Ashok Leyland Ltd India and Alteams OY, Finland. Ashley Alteams is a leading foundry for automotive (India) and Telecom (India and Alteams group) and be the ‘First Choice Partner’ to their customers by providing innovative product solutions. In 2007 the joint venture company Ashley Alteams was formed in India. To start with, the JV company was operating out of a temporary facility near Sriperumbudur and parallelly a world-class high pressure die-casting facility was set up at Cheyyar, Tamilnadu, which was inaugurated Jan 2010.This state-of-the-art foundry and machine shop provides complete die-casting solutions with the latest technological expertise and value engineering to help achieve business goals. Ashley Alteams is strongly backed by European technology and has an annual installed capacity of 8000MT, with the capability to produce high pressure die-casting components ranging from 0.2 Kg to 20 Kg.
