Job Description
Provides helpful, friendly & prompt personalized telephone service to all customers (external & internal)
Ensures immediate response and process to the fire alarm as per organizational standards & policies
Ensures all wake-up calls & reminder calls are promptly & accordingly attended to
Responsible for hygiene, maintenance & cleanliness for the area under his/her control
Ensures effective utilization of resource under his/her control
Prepares & maintains all the records as per organization policies & procedures
